I'm finished Story Mode in Resident Evil: Revelations on easy mode. This week with games was really good for me. The only other game I remember doing this was Fire Emblem Three Houses.

The game must be at the limits of what the hardware can achieve as the fan is really singing during play. It's not going to ruin the game or anything - gameplay is still king - but it would be nice to see a Switch revision which allows these kinds of game to shine more than they can. Perhaps I've been spoiled by the PS5, but returning to the Switch the lack of power is very much apparent.

The game looks good, but equally I feel like the qualification "for a Switch title" is kind of needed at this point. Need to grind a bit more before I unlock the next few areas I think. I've made some progress so far but the difficulty jump over Persona is very much real. Whilst I've only played a few hours of 3 and 4, I finished Persona 3, 4 and 5 last year so at this point the gameplay feels very comfortable. I'm all in on SMT V and will be for some time. For all I know, I might even resume and make a bit more progress in The Witcher, too. The laptop library witnessed me grab Dark Messiah of Might & Magic earlier this week (I didn't deem myself financially capable of more VG spendings until later in the month, but literal 70 cents was something I could accommodate), so I'm definitely giving it a try, but the rest of the respective time will most likely be spent across various chronicles of Tamriel, in Liberty City or Los Santos (the newer ones), on Panau Island and/or on Gran Pulse. Might even start Ever Oasis at long last - despite being generally resistant to "backlog stress", I do recurrently feel borderline ashamed that I have yet to.? Speaking of NDS, there are odds for other titles from that library (most likely the recent usual suspects like Rune Factory and Endless Frontier, possibly a leisurely shot at a few others I gluttonously loaded up after upgrading the respective storage to 32 Gb), but as far as the actual 3DS hosting the flash card goes, there are also Etrian Odyssey, Spirit of Justice and Fire Emblem Echoes to keep in mind. even a bunch of smaller activity apps like Suguru Nature and Sudoku Relax (which, in its turn, may pave the way for a couple more stages of Sudoku Gridmaster, a loooongtime NDS playthrough of mine). The usual "feast of a thousand bites" planned for Switch - from more expansive worlds like Portia, Skyrim, Saints Row 3, Starlink and Xenoblade(s) to the variably more concise but hardly less memorable experiences like Fuga, Children of Morta, The Count Lucanor, The Solitaire Conspiracy. Anyway, hope everyone is having a great weekend. Might play some more if I get a chance to. I'm playing the Golden Deer house and it's been interesting even if they kind of are the third wheel. That's been a very fun part of the game for me, which I didn't think would happen. I've also played a good amount of Happy Home Paradise.
#Splinter cell conviction speedrun update#
On the latter, I'm redesigning my island because of the update and I got something from Brewster after getting coffee for a few days in a row. On Switch, I have been playing SSBU and lots of ACNH.

I'll probably test some more games out but I want to beat Psychonauts. My wife couldn't believe Psychonauts was a 2005 game! I also streamed FFXV to my iPad and that looks better even doing that.

I have tested out Fallout 4 and Psychonauts (the old Xbox game, not the sequel) and both look great on XSX.
#Splinter cell conviction speedrun series#
I was looking for amiibo cards and left Target with an Xbox Series X so I hooked that bad boy up on Thursday night. Gynoug and Retro Highway will be my weekly retro fix, along with Geometry Wars: Galaxies on Wii. I somehow missed the release of Gas Guzzlers Extreme, it’s a literal blast and I can’t put it down. Shin Megami Tensei V is finally here and I look forward to a good slice of it this weekend. Have a great weekend! Gonçalo Lopes, reviewer I’ve also got two kids who are now totally addicted to Just Dance 2022 so I’m probably going to have to get up out of my old man chair and flail around the sitting room to that as well. This weekend if I manage to eke out a little spare time, I’ll also be diving into some good old Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic, a port I’m hearing won’t have me pulling my hair and teeth out in frustration. Subscribe to Nintendo Life on YouTube PJ O'Reilly, reviewer My car of choice right now is the 720S Spider McLaren spicy stuff! I've also downloaded GTA: San Andreas and enjoying my time with it so far (whack it on performance mode folks trust me). Over on the Series X, I'm absolutely loving my time with Forza Horizon 5.
